Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy As a reminder, Payment is due at the time of the session -- credit card, cash, or checks are all accepted. Your appointment time will be held for a maximum of 5 minutes. If, for whatever reason, you are delayed beyond that - then your appointment will need to be rescheduled. If you have prepaid and miss your appointment, please note that the pre-payment or gift certificate for the full amount of your service will be applied toward the missed-appointment fee. If you are a "no-show" for your appointment, you will also be charged a missed-appointment fee for the full amount of service booked. All payments made are final. Out of courtesy to other clients waiting to get in for an appointment, if you need to CANCEL your session please kindly do so within 24 hours of your appointment or you will be invoiced in full for your missed appointment.
